As 2025 approaches, it’s time to celebrate the year’s achievements. At Archistar, we’ve had an exceptional year marked by significant accomplishments and groundbreaking innovations.
In 2024, we pushed boundaries, scaled new heights, and achieved milestones that will strengthen our AI solutions in the future.

Empowering the Property Industry Through our Core Platform
At Archistar, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to revolutionise our platform continually and over 2024, we:
- Took our active customer base to over 130,000.
- Enabled feasibility assessments for over 850,000 sites.
- Generated more than 11 million designs using our generative AI technology, of which customers have explored more than 100,000 individual designs.
Global Expansion of our AI eCheck Compliance Solutions
We’re excited to announce that we expanded our AI eCheck compliance solutions globally over the year. We secured long-term partnerships in North America, and our solutions were adopted in major cities like Austin (US), Vancouver (Canada), and Surrey (Canada).
Over 25 North American cities are piloting our solutions, a testament to eCheck’s transformative impact. The International Code Council also commissioned us to pilot our eCheck solution for the International Building Code with 11 US Cities.
Driving Local Innovation in Australia
We’re equally proud to continue driving innovation locally in Australia. Our Precinct Planner Tool is now piloted across 13 NSW councils and with the Queensland State Government. South Australia is also now piloting eCheck compliance statewide.
Backing from Major Institutions
We’re grateful to have received the support of some major institutions over the past 12 months. We were awarded a $2.7M Australian Federal Government grant to roll out our AI Urban Co-Pilot solution. We’ve also been named an approved AI provider on the NSW State Panel. And have successfully integrated with Autodesk’s Forma application, setting a new standard for seamless workflows with one of the world’s largest software companies.
Award Winning Innovations
Our commitment to AI and innovation has been recognised with prestigious awards. At the 2024 PropTech Awards, we were crowned winners in three major categories: Scale-Up PropTech of the Year, Planning & Design, and Data Solutions.
Our founder, Dr Ben Coorey, also received the prestigious Trailblazer Award at the NSW Young Entrepreneur Awards.
